'We're open to anything' - Charlton boss Jones outlines stance on striker Gassan Ahadme
Former Ipswich Town striker yet to play a minute in pre-season schedule and missed Slovenia training camp
One notable absentee from Charlton Athletic’s pre-season programme has been Gassan Ahadme.
The 24-year-old striker joined the Addicks for a fee believed to be in the region of £750,000 from Ipswich Town last July.
But Ahadme, the most expensive outlay of that previous summer transfer window and expected to help offset the sale of Alfie May to Birmingham City, has struggled to make an impact.

He made 19 League One appearances, 11 of those starts, but played just nine minutes of football after the turn of the year. His last outing came as an 89th-minute substitute in the 2-2 draw at Lincoln City on April 5.
Ahadme did not make the squad for 21 of Charlton’s final 24 matches.
