Charlton Athletic have had plenty of good news on the contractual front this season, and there looks set to be even more to come.
The Addicks announced this morning that Tyreece Campbell, 22, had signed a new four-year deal.
The Jamaican international, who attracted formal interest from Preston North End, had been set to see his old terms expire next July.
Charlton also confirmed recently that Lloyd Jones had extended his stay by a further 12 months, until the summer of 2028.
It means that two of the club’s most high-profile and key performers have ended doubts about their futures.

And it now looks as if it is a question of when, not if, that Kayne Ramsay follows suit.
South London Sport: Charlton Athletic Edition asked Nathan Jones about the defender, adding that it would be the icing on the cake for supporters if the former Southampton man signed a new contract.
The response was short.
