'Management is like an addiction' - Charlton Athletic boss Nathan Jones asked if he can see himself managing into his later years like Roy Hodgson
Welshman also reveals whether there were any further words with Norwich City's Philippe Clement after full-time exchange before international break
Nathan Jones will be facing a manager more than 25 years his senior at The Valley on Good Friday as the Charlton Athletic manager locks tactical horns with Roy Hodgson.
The Addicks boss, 52, had a spell in Cardiff City’s youth ranks before being released in the summer of 1991. By then Hodgson, appointed interim head coach at Bristol City on March 27, was at the sixth club (Neuchatel Xamax in Switzerland) in his lengthy and illustrious managerial career.
Former England manager Hodgson has been enticed out of retirement on a short-term basis after the Bristolian outfit sacked Gerhard Struber.
The 78-year-old took his first steps in management at Halmstad in January 1976. He has managed 1,269 first-team matches - including his spells as national team boss for England, Switzerland and Finland.

Jones is on 472 games with 115 of those for Charlton Athletic.
South London Sport asked Jones if he could envisage still being a boss at 78 or had a cut-off when he expected to be out of that side of the game.
