Charlton Athletic boss Nathan Jones asked if trialist Nathan Redmond will head off with squad to Slovenia and responds to link to St Mirren striker Mandron
Ex-Southampton winger, 32, is a free agent after leaving Blackburn
Nathan Jones has given his verdict on trialist Nathan Redmond’s first runout for Charlton Athletic in last night’s pre-season friendly at Dartford.
The 32-year-old winger, capped once by England and formerly in the Premier League with Norwich City and Southampton, is a free agent after leaving Blackburn Rovers at the end of the 2025-26 season.
Redmond played the second 45 minutes of the 1-0 victory at Princes Park. Rob Apter scored the only goal before half-time.
Manager Jones was asked by South London Sport: Charlton Athletic Edition whether Redmond would be joining the Addicks for their training camp in Slovenia.
