Nathan Jones has spoken in more detail about Charlton Athletic’s approach when it comes to being awarded penalties.
Addicks club captain Greg Docherty failed to beat West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Josh Griffiths from the spot in Tuesday’s 1-0 victory at The Valley.
Sonny Carey’s goal in the 95th minute of the Championship contest ensured that the Scot’s inability to convert did not prove costly.
South London Sport: Charlton Athletic Edition spotted that Jones did not watch the penalty being taken.
