Charlton Athletic manager Nathan Jones has made comments today that indicate a desire to retain the services of James Bree beyond the January transfer window.

The 27-year-old, signed on loan from Southampton at the end of the summer period of trading, has been almost a permanent fixture in the right wing-back spot.

Bree is unable to feature in Saturday’s Championship match at The Valley because it is against his parent club.
